We divide this intensive workshop into 2 separate meetings, composed of 1.5 hours each. During this comprehensive strategy workshop, we discover and outline your organisation’s priorities, and ensure your team knows which tasks are most important. We also examine your current compliance documentation and practices, advise on your next steps, and ensure your team know what to do going forward. This comprehensive strategy workshop helps you move ahead to refine and mature your data compliance policies and procedures. A once-off fee applies.
6 MONTH SERVICE
We begin with our strategy workshop to gather information and set your goals. ProPrivacy then provides you with a project plan, including prioritised outcomes, as agreed upon. Assigning tasks to the relevant team members, ProPrivacy ensures your data compliance requirements are fulfilled. Our team of experts focus on your needs for a half-day every week, or full day every fortnight. Assigning prioritised tasks to both our team and yours, we not only oversee your organisation’s data compliance journey, we implement it too. We schedule dates and times for hourly monthly check-ins with your key team members, and provides ongoing assistance around data compliance concerns via telephone and email, for up to 6 months. Fee is charged monthly in advance.
12 MONTH SERVICE
